01 / FAQ

Racking systems

Which system should I start with?

Start with inventory variety, required pallet access, stock rotation and handling equipment. Selective racking is a useful comparison point for independent access. Denser systems need a closer review of lane organization and equipment.

What information helps compare systems?

Share pallet dimensions, maximum loaded weight, stock quantities, SKU mix, inventory turnover and the warehouse layout. Include the forklift model and working aisle requirements if known.

When should I consider drive-in racking?

Consider it for grouped pallet storage where lane-based access may fit the operation. Stock rotation, pallet consistency, protection and forklift clearances need review before selection.

What is cantilever racking intended for?

Cantilever layouts are commonly considered for long goods such as timber, profiles and pipes. Load length, weight distribution, support positions and handling method must be specified.

Are the product pictures completed installations?

No. The site uses original AI-generated concept visuals and illustrative application studies. They are not documented customer projects, technical drawings or proof of installed performance.

02 / FAQ

Customization & planning

Can I request a different rack size?

Yes, submit the required height, depth, beam span, levels and layout constraints for assessment. Availability and final dimensions must be confirmed in the project proposal.

Can I request a specific color or finish?

Include the requested color reference, operating environment and finish requirements in your inquiry. Suitability, availability and any effect on price or timing need confirmation.

How is the load capacity confirmed?

Use a project-specific engineering design covering the complete configuration and site conditions. A generic product picture or beam size is not a load rating.

Can you work from an existing warehouse plan?

Include a scaled plan or dimensions showing columns, doors, clear height, obstacles and handling routes. Identify details that still need site verification.

03 / FAQ

Quotations & orders

What should I include in a quotation request?

Start with your country, system interest, quantity, warehouse layout, pallet dimensions and maximum loaded weight. Add the delivery location and target timing. The contact page includes optional fields and a downloadable project brief.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Order requirements depend on the system, configuration and supply scope. State your expected quantities so that minimum quantities and commercial feasibility can be confirmed for your request.

How long does a quotation take?

The review time depends on how complete the brief is and whether technical clarification is needed. Ask for a response schedule when submitting your requirements; no fixed turnaround is promised on this site.

What payment terms are available?

Payment terms, currency, milestones and any deposit requirements must be stated in the written commercial proposal. Do not assume a payment arrangement from a website inquiry.

Can distributors and importers inquire?

Yes. Select Distributor / importer on the contact form and include your market, product interests, quantities and documentation needs. Any distribution or private-label arrangements require separate agreement.

04 / FAQ

Shipping & delivery

Can I request delivery to my country?

Provide the destination country, city or port and intended supply scope. Shipping availability and arrangements must be checked for the specific order.

What determines the delivery schedule?

The configuration, quantities, approval process, production availability and shipping arrangements all affect timing. Rely on the agreed order schedule rather than a generic lead-time claim.

Which shipping terms apply?

Ask the proposal to identify the agreed trade term, named location and responsibilities for freight, insurance, customs, taxes and unloading. These are order-specific.

How will the components be packed?

Request the proposed packaging method, package dimensions, weights, marking and handling requirements before dispatch. Discuss any destination or transport constraints during the quotation stage.

05 / FAQ

Installation & use

Is installation included?

Installation is included only when explicitly agreed in the supply scope. Confirm who handles site preparation, unloading, assembly, anchoring, inspection and handover.

What site details need checking?

Provide slab and building information, clear height, obstructions, forklift requirements and relevant local requirements. A qualified project professional should review structural and site suitability.

Can I change the beam levels later?

Changes can alter frame capacity and the approved configuration. Seek project-specific technical review and updated documentation before making changes.

What should be checked during handover?

Use the agreed project documentation and inspection process. Confirm the installed configuration, component condition, anchoring, clearances, load notices and operating instructions with the responsible parties.

06 / FAQ

Documents & support

Which certificates or technical documents are available?

Specify the documents required for your country and project. Applicable drawings, calculations, material records or test evidence must be confirmed for the actual products and scope. This site does not claim unverified certifications.

What warranty applies?

Request the warranty terms in writing, including duration, coverage, exclusions, claim process and responsibilities. Only the terms agreed for the actual order apply.

How do I request spare parts or follow-up support?

Provide the order reference, component identification, dimensions and clear photographs through a connected contact channel. Availability, compatibility and any charges require confirmation.
